I've stalled my webcomic for a bit.. I seem to run out of steam every time I do 20 strips

Its easier to update it when im drawing crap in my notebooks during lectures at uni.. and because of the easter break i havent had time for that.. but its okay. ill get back to it soon! DONT LOSE HOPE!


Im entering a few of my original compositions for solo guitar into a few competitions I found online. If I happen by some miracle to win some cash, I want to buy a new guitar. I need around $3000 to order one from a luthier. I've tried mass produced guitars, and I just want one that will be made just for me, itll be so much more close to my heart. Im thinking a guitar with a mahogany back and a cedar top. Perhaps mahogany sides as well, but I haven't decided. It should have a really really nice crisp rich tone, which I think is the good classical guitar tone.
I would just fork out 3 grand out of my own pocket for that purpose, but I figure that my music could perhaps start making some money for me. And it would be so nice to get some recognition.

I would post video's of me playing those compositions, but all contests require the work to be unpublished and not ever performed. So sadly they must be kept secret until the competitions end.

Im also working on a work for Guitar and String Quartet, which should be a challenge. I have until next march to finish it (yeah, i know.. AGES, but in my tempo that could be nowhere near enough time.) I need to brush up on my orchestration and harmony skills. I want it to stand out.


I mention magic in the title.. Magic The Gathering to be exact.. Do any of you play it? I'd love to hook up for a game online sometime.
